This small bakery runs from two locations — one off St. Helen’s Road in central Swansea, and the original location in Penmaen, Gower.

The standout items here are, at last sampling, the sourdough loaves, and the pain au chocolats. The sourdough bread is particularly outstanding. A few customers are usually found waiting outside the well-presented Swansea premises at opening (8.30am), a good sign.
